Wine making process : Harvest is fully automatic with destemming. Pressing of the grape to extract the must followed by a fermentation at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation is only partial to keep some of the crispyness to the wine. Bottling after 8 months.
Tasting : Golden green colour. Characteristic aromas of muscat, apricot and exotic fruits with a very rich mouth. It makes it a perfect match for the "new cuicine", both sweet and salted with spices. In a more classical way, it will also pair with fish and white meats. To be served between 11 and 13° C.
